Applications for free of charge use are continuously welcome if you use the conference room for non-profit (including corporate CSR) purposes for the public or for a press event. Tenders can be sent without any formal restrictions to reservation@muosz.hu.
RAMA (Mátyás Rát conference room)
A 48 m2 room.
Suitable for accommodating up to 35 people for press conferences, team building and organization development trainings, standing receptions, lectures, trainings, company events and product presentations.
Rental fee: HUF 20,000/ 6 hours + VAT (gross HUF 25,400)
TAMI (Mihály Táncsics conference room)
A 48 m2room.
Suitable for accommodating up to 35 people for press conferences, team building and organization development trainings, standing receptions, lectures, trainings, company events and product presentations.
Rental fee: HUF 20,000/ 6 hours + VAT (gross HUF 25,400)
The RAMA and TAMI rooms can be connected, thus the capacity can be increased to 70 people. If you would like to use the rooms connected together, please book both rooms in the online booking system for the same time period.
Catering service is available on request through our service provider. Checking reservations and free time slots is possible via the electronic system: mecob.skedda.com.
For reservations subject to fee payment we will send you the pro-forma invoice. The booking will become final once the reservation fee arrives in our account.
